I was named Realtor of the Year for the Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors, served as our Association President and the Board. I have been to the California and National Association of REALTORS conventions. 

I am an experienced agent and I co-ordinate my own transactions.

I personally prepare and/or review all contracts, documents, reports, and inspections.
